Naturalsa is composed of three different production centers<\/strong>, a barn farm, a free-range farm, an organic farm, two package stations and one egg products floor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our organic egg comes from an own organic hen farm<\/strong> located in the limits between the provinces of Cuenca and Valencia, where our hens enjoy a eco-friendly environment with a wide space to develop their physiological, pecking and living needs.<\/p>\n

Our organic farm has solar panels that supply us all the necessary energy for our activity<\/strong>. The activity of our farm is controlled and certified as organic having our hens freedom to strut, dust bathe and spread their wings in our organic pasture fields.<\/p>\n

For this reason we can serve an organic egg, which cannot be more organic!<\/p>\n

Our free-range egg comes from our own free-range farm<\/strong>, located in the woods with more of 40 ha. of land dedicated to the free pasture of our hens.
\nOur laying hens are bred with free access to a mountain environment<\/strong>, surrounded by pine trees and oaks that provide them protection and shade. It is in this environment where they look for and find foods that complement their diet based on cereals and legumes.<\/p>\n

Currently in process of photovoltaic panels installation that will guarantee the supply of energy that we need through this clean source, taking advantage of our hen house cover.<\/p>\n

In our free-cage farm, our hens raised in alternative systems enjoy freedom in their breeding conditions<\/strong>. They are not bred in cages but in aviaries of different heights which allow all of their movements and their physiological needs. The movement through the different heights helps the hens to exercise their wings and legs.<\/p>\n

The resulting egg is the encoded as no. 2, this number will be able to find it as the first digit of the egg\u2019s code.<\/p>\n

Our package has the latest technology to make a traditional and environmentally friendly product with animal welfare will also have benefits of the technology advances, so we have a completely new package machine integrating breaks and dirt eggs sensors, as well as inside egg blood detector. Thereby, you will not find those inconvenience spots on the inside of the egg.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new center is currently certified with the IFS Food protocol as a quality level of excellence<\/strong>, being one of the few centers in Spain with this level. It is also certified by the Organic Agriculture of Valencia Committee, for handling and packaging of organic egg as well as certified by the SAE system that allows our egg to be exported to any destination in the world.<\/p>\n

All of this makes that from our packaging center came out safe and controlled eggs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have a special egg processing plant<\/strong> for several reasons:<\/p>\n

The first one is that it is located next to our farm, so that the egg we use in is extra fresh<\/strong>, being able to get in a few minutes to our center since its laying.<\/p>\n

The second reason is that we have 20 years of experience with our own egg processing plant<\/strong>, the time we have been in this job and after two generations of egg products, gives us a hard to beat experience-based knowledge.<\/p>\n

The third one is that ours is a certified center for the pasteurized organic egg production<\/strong>. We are one the few companies capable to produce pasteurized organic egg, as well as its egg-white and organic pasteurized yolk variants, since we have our center and our certified procedures by the Organic Agriculture of Valencia Committee.<\/p>\n

We produce this organic pasteurized egg with the highest quality eggs from our organic farm, laid by hens that eat 100% organic feed made from certified organic grain.<\/p>\n

We also do all types of pasteurized egg<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Pasteurized free-range egg, pasteurized barn egg, pasteurized organic egg, pasteurized yolk, pasteurized egg-white and in all formats, bottles, decanters and tanks.<\/p>\n
